Happy Monday, every one! Sun is shining through the trees. It feels almost like summer. This week, Zach has continued his adventure in making us dinner. He cooked some “baked salmon fish fingers”.
These little pink salmon fish fingers are quick and easy. Instead of using wheat flour, he used almond flour to coat the fish so his little friends who is gluten intolerant could also enjoy them too.
- 750 grams salmon fillets, prepared to fish finger shapes
- 85 grams of almond flour.
- One egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper
Mix salt, pepper with almond flour.
Coat the fish fingers in the egg first, then dip them into the almond flour.
Drizzle some oil on the coated fish fingers before baking in a preheated fan oven 200°C for 20 minutes.
