Ramen Noodles

It is getting warm and humid. Chilled Ramen noodles seem an ideal food choice for a relaxed summer evening. Also, I am working very hard to introduce more vegetables to Zach’s diet.

As a result, Zach and I tried to make some chilled Ramen noodles. You could add any topping you want to make is as unique as you.

This is our little videos.

The first one is to make a quick Ramen (tea) eggs.

We will need

  1. Six boiled eggs
  2. 1/2 table-spoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  3. One table-spoon Chinese cooking wine
  4. Two table spoons light soy sauce
  5. One cup well brewed tea


To make chilled Ramen noodles.

We will need

  1. Some pre-cooked and chilled noodles
  2. Sesame oil or any salad oil
  3. Make dressing

1.) One table spoon sesame paste

2.) One tea spoon chilli oil

3.) One table spoon maple syrup

4.) One table spoon dark soy

5.) Two table spoons light soy

6.) One table spoon vinegar

The last step is to add whateven you fancy to your noodles. I bet it was tasty and smellt good, if I may say so myself. If you watch the video, you will see Tilly, the cat, also joined in.
