We are trying to reduce our wheat flour consumption as one of our family members might be wheat intolerant. Zach still loves cooking and making cookies, so we came up with this ideal combing gluten rice flour with traditional oatmeal cookies’ recipe.
The recipe turned out better than we thought. The cookies have chewy texture and they are happened to be refined sugar free too. The most important thing is that they are simple to make. Zach has made more than once since we filmed the video last week.

- 30 ml oil
- 30 grams peanut butter
- 30 grams soft butter or margarine
- 120 grams old fashioned oats
