Root Vegetables Crisps

Zach and I like crisps, especially, vegetable crisps. We had a go to recreate them at home in the oven. It is super easy and quick. The key is to slice the vegetables very thin. I am so glad that I have a food processor to help me.

Place the vegetable slices on an oven tray and place the tray in an oven at the highest setting for 5-10 minutes. Ta da!

Please keep an eye on the crisps because they may burn in a matter of a minute. This happened to me. I burned my aubergine crisps and that is why you did not see Zach tasted them in the video.
